Winchester has introduce a long-range precision rig built on their existing XPR platform. The rifle is chambered in .308, .243 Win., and 6.5 Creedmoor. Here's Shooting Editor John B. Snow's quick look at the new rifle and Winchester's new subsonic ammo.
